How I help students thrive.

I am an ADHD and Executive Functioning Coach who helps students and adults develop practical strategies and habits they need to succeed - both in a school setting and at home.
I work with students who struggle with focus, organization, time management, task initiation, and follow-through—skills that are essential for academic success but often challenging for those with ADHD or executive functioning difficulties. Through one-on-one coaching, I help students:

  • Break down overwhelming assignments into manageable steps

  • Create realistic plans and routines for homework and studying

  • Develop systems for organizing materials and managing time

  • Strengthen self-awareness, motivation, and accountability

  • Build tools for emotional regulation and reducing procrastination

  • Understand how their brains work best and use that knowledge to make empowered choices

  • Establish healthy habits around sleep, movement, nutrition, and screen time that support brain function and learning

My approach is strengths-based, practical, and tailored to each individual’s  unique learning profile. Coaching builds independence, confidence, and self-understanding—equipping students not just to survive school, but to thrive both academically and personally.
